The filtering options help you to conduct the batch operations more efficiently. Easily narrow down the number of boards in the table by using two different types of sophisticated filters.
In the board overview table of Batch Hero every board gets represented by a row containing information about the board like Board Type and Board Name.
If you have a lot of boards in your monday.com instance the table can get difficult to navigate as it will get spread out across multiple pages. In this case it can be useful to filter your results so that you limit the rows in the table to a specific selection which represents the information you are looking for.
There are two ways to filter the rows in Batch Hero. You can either use the search bar to search manually for a board name or you can use the workspace selector bar to limit your results to boards of a specific workspace or multiple workspaces.
The two types of filters are AND connected. This means if you select a certain workspace and type a word into the search bar it will only show results from this specific workspace which contain the typed in word.
Search Bar
You can find the search bar above the board table in Batch Hero.
Type in any character or combination of characters and the rows in the table will get matched according to a wildcard combination of the Board Name.
Workspaces
The workspace selector bar is right beside the search bar. Select one or multiple workspaces from the dropdown menu and only boards will get shown in the table which are in the workspaces you have selected.
