JWT Automation rules contain four elements:
- Learn more about triggers. Triggers: A rule must start with a trigger. They define whether a rule should be executed or not and are generally based on a field, issue, project or system.
- Learn more about selectors. Selectors: They provide the ability to search for specific issues within a rule and then take actions against those issues it found.
- Learn more about conditions. Conditions: They provide the ability of further control processing.
- Learn more about actions Actions: They determine the type of filed, issue, transition, comment or email processing that should take place.
