The restrict page/s action enables you to restrict the viewing or editing rights of single or multiple pages.

By not selecting any users or groups from the dropdown, the page(s) become public again.

Each restricted page is highlighted with a tooltip that displays, upon hovering, the users or groups to whom the page is restricted.

If multiple pages are selected, each with different access rights, the dropdowns (view/edit) will show the combined restrictions of all selected pages.

When applying restrictions, the current user is always included and added to the list due to confluences own behaviour.

Create page from template action allows you to swiftly set up a prepared page using Atlassian-provided templates as well as your own private or company templates.

Select the the Create page from template action.
