Short description

Returns an issue list containing issues which are directly under epic of the current issue.

This function returns an issue list containing issues which are directly under epic of the current issue (i.e., Stories are included in the output, but their sub-tasks are not), excluding current issue. The current issue should be an issue directly under an epic, (i.e., it can't be a sub-task or an epic).
