Use case

In the following use case the latest due date from the current sub-tasks will be copied to the current issue.

Add the Copy field values from linked issues or subtasks post function to the desired transition or create a new transition.

Choose Due date

Choose Copy field value from selected issues

Choose Due date

Choose Latest date

Check Include sub-tasks matching the specified filter criteria
