Adding a numerical column to count the work hours of your tasks is a popular choice for your boards in monday.com. By keeping track of the work hours your team is investing in working on their assigned tasks when tackling a project you can keep an overview of how far along your team is with completing the project and how much time you have to plan in until completion.

With Batch Hero for monday.com it is a matter of a few minutes to add a column for the work hours to multiple boards at once. What would require a considerable amount of time and effort if done manually is now a fast and easy operation by utilizing a batch action in your Batch Hero dashboard.

Select several of your boards in the board overview table by ticking off the checkboxes and click on Add Column in the operations bar.

A pop-up window will get opened to configure the column you want to add. Here you can also review to which boards you are going to add the column. Enter Work hours as the column name of the new column. 

Choose Numbers as the column type. Click on Configure column type to enter the advanced configuration.

Click on Custom as the unit and enter h to count the work hours. Choose L as direction.

Click on Add to add the configured column to the selected boards.
