As the leader of a development team, it is a daily responsibility to ensure that work is distributed effectively. Our 'Two Dimensional Filter Statistics' gadget helps you keep track. In this example, you will learn how to obtain a weekly overview for each assignee. |

What is the name of your gadget? | We chose "Tickets due this week" to make it easy to find on our dashboard. |
Which issues do you want to analyze? | We do not have a filter so we use JQL. |
JQL | Our project which we want to analyze has the key "KANBAN", so we use the JQL project = KANBAN . |
Which fields would you like to display? | To view all tickets per assignee, select "Count issues". |
Which field do you want to see on the x-Axis? | On the x-Axis we select "Due Date" to group the data. |
Which field do you want to see on the y-Axis? | On the y-Axis, we select the "Assignee" to display the number of issues per colleague. |
How many rows do you want to display per page? | Here you can leave the default. |
Which time period do you want to display as default? | We selected "Current week" to provide a weekly overview. |
Which default for the date aggregation level do you choose? | We chose "Daily" to gain a daily insight. |
Refresh Interval: | If you choose never to refresh, don't worry because the data will be automatically refreshed when the page is reloaded. |
