Select the number of result rows per page under How many rows do you want to display per page. If you select a smaller number, the table is split up across multiple pages. You can see which page you're currently on in the pagination under the table. By clicking on the page numbers you can switch between the pages.

Select the interval for the data in the Group by widget to be automatically refreshed under How many minutes between widget updates. If you make any changes on the associated board, the data in the widget changes after the specified amount of time as well.
