In the board overview table of your Batch Hero space every board gets represented by a row containing information about the board like Board Type and Board Name.

If you have many boards ,

By clicking on the info icon on the right of the workspace selector bar, you can access a small tutorial for Batch Hero.

A new window will get opened, providing an overview of the Batch Hero interface and a short introduction to the three batch operations you can carry out with the operations bar. Here you can also find a link to the documentation and to the support which might answer any further questions you have about navigating and configuring your Batch Hero space.

Workspaces

The most important part of the Batch Hero space is the board overview table which lists all available boards from all workspaces in your monday.com instance.

The table displays each board as a row containing information about the board in several columns:

  • Board Type (T): Shows the type of the board as a small icon. Boards can be public, shareable or private. You can view the name of the type when hovering over the icon.
  • Board Name: Shows the name of the board which gets specified when creating the board.
  • Location: Shows the location of the board in your monday.com instance as a path of the overarching workspace and any folders the board is in. Clicking on the path takes you to the board.
  • Columns: Shows the number and column type of all columns of the board as small icons.
  • Created: Shows at which date and by whom the board got created.
  • Owners: Shows the owners of the board as a name and a small avatar.

If you hover over the Columns column of any row an info icon will appear. Clicking on this icon opens a detailed overview of the board columns with each column type getting listed separately alongside how many columns of this type the board contains and their respective names. You can also use a search bar to search for the names of any specific columns.

By scrolling down to the bottom of the table you can see and access the pagination.

If you have many boards in your monday.com instance the table will get split up across multiple pages for better organization. Use the pagination to browse through the different pages of the table and view the rows for all of your boards. In this case it is also advised to use the search bar or the workspace selector bar to filter the boards displayed in the table.
