Your Batch Hero space spans across all workspaces in your monday.com instance, granting you access to all boards at a glance and enabling you to batch your operations by selecting multiple boards in the overview.
View all your boards in monday.com at one glance
Keep track of all of your boards at once by using a single table in your Batch Hero space instead of switching between workspaces or scrolling through the sidebar.
View board type, board name, location, columns, date of creation, creator and owners of your boards.
Sort your boards in an ascending or descending order by board type, board name or any other attribute in the overview.
Get an overview of all columns and their respective column types across all boards and workspaces.

Use advanced filtering options in your board overview to drill down the data in the table.

- Add new columns to multiple boards at once with the Add Column operation.
- Copy a column from a board to multiple other boards with the Copy Column operation.

First steps
Head over to any workspace in your monday.com instance where you want to use Batch Hero or create a new workspace.
In the workspace view click on the Plus Icon besides the search bar and go to Apps to open the list of Installed Apps. Select Batch Hero from the list.
A pop-up window will get opened where you can create Batch Hero. Give Batch Hero a meaningful name, select appropriate permissions and click on Create Batch Hero.
Batch Hero will get opened at the end of the list in the sidebar.
That's it! You're all set to use Batch Hero for monday.com within your instance and start carrying out batch operations on your boards.
Batch Hero gets used like a separate board in your monday.com workspace which has access to all of your boards and workspaces. It can't get used like a dashboard widget.
