Bulk actions

Bulk actions or operations are possible for multiple instances.

• Windows users: hold the ctrl key and select the entities or select an entity and hold the shift key for faster multiple selections
• Mac users: hold the command (cmd) key and select the desired entities.

After selecting the entities, right-click on one of the selected items and you will be able to perform the following:

1. On pages:
   1. Bulk copy
   2. Bulk move
   3. Bulk delete
2. On spaces:
   1. Bulk copy
   2. Bulk delete

The same steps and options are performed as seen in space navigator for managing pages and spaces.

Bulk actions on spaces take a bit more time than with pages since we are dealing with page hierarchies (also depends on how rich your space is).
