You can access the configuration settings of a sumUp widget by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner of the widgets and selecting Settings.
The widget will save your configured settings permanently. Your configuration will persist even if you change items or groupings on the board. You can change the settings of your widget at any time.
Add or change the widget title by clicking on the title at the top.
Select Show amount of items to show an additional column in the widget with the count of items per category and the summed up overall count of items.
Select which columns you want to include in the widget under Choose which columns to show. The widget will show the summed up values for each category and a total sum in an extra calculation row at the bottom.
You can only include columns of the data types Numbers or Votes from the board which is associated with your widget. To add new columns to a board or change the data type of existing columns, head over to the board and create new columns as required.
Select the categories you want to group the items by under Group items by. The categories get shown in the first column of the sumUp widget.
You can only group by values from categorical columns like Status, Date or Person. To add new columns to a board or change the data type of existing columns, head over to the board and create new columns as required.
Select the number of result rows per page under Number of results per page. If you select a smaller number, the table will get split up across multiple pages. You can go through the page numbers below the table.
Select the interval for the data in the widget to get automatically refreshed under Refresh interval. If you make any changes on the associated board, the data in the widget will get changed after the specified amount of time as well.
