This post function formats the current value of a text field using a set of formatting operations.

Select the field to be formatted.

Select how blanks should be handledwhether to edit blanks (or whitespaces). The following options are available (multiple choice is possible):

  • Remove all leading white spacespaces
  • Remove all trailing white spacespaces
  • Leave only one white space between words
  • Remove all white spaces in the text

Choose how white spaces should be handledSelect whether to edit cases. The following options are available:

  • Do nothing
  • Convert all the characters to lower case
  • Convert all the characters to upper case
  • Capitalize all the white space separated words

  • Text (case sensitive)
  • Text (ignoring case)
