Supported list types

Number list

The function returns a NUMBER LIST with all numbers in list l without any duplication.

Syntax
distinct(number list l) #Output: Number list
Examples
Parser expressionDescription
distinct([1, 2, 1, 3, 4, 4, 5])

The function returns a NUMBER LIST: [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] 

distinct(fieldValue({00012}, linkedIssues("is cloned by")))

The function returns a NUMBER LIST of dates containing due dates of cloning issues, with only one occurrence per due date, although more than one issue may share the same due date.

The function returns a TEXT LIST with all text in list l without any duplication.

Syntax
distinct(text list l) #Output: Text list
Examples

The function returns a TEXT LIST: ["blue", "green", "yellow"]

distinct(fieldValue(%{00003}, subtasks())) 

The function returns the list of assignees to sub-tasks, with only one occurrence per user, although a user may have more than one sub-task assigned.
