The function returns the list of sibling sub-tasks of the current issue, i.e., all sub-tasks with the same parent as a current issue, except the current issue.

In case the current issue is not a sub-task, an empty issue list will be returned.

siblingSubtasks() is equivalent to subtasks(%{00041}) EXCEPT issueKeysToIssueList(%{00015}) , where %{00041} is the Parent's issue key and %{00015} is the Issue key.
