setBoolean()

This function creates a variable for storing a boolean value, and directly sets a value.

This value will be returned by the getBoolean() function, when used within the same expression.

Syntax

setBoolean(variableName, value) #Output: Boolean

Expression parser	Description
setBoolean("myBoolean",true)	This example creates the value "myBoolean" and sets the boolean value `true`.

Parameters used in this function

Parameter	Input (data type)	Description
`variableName`	TEXT	A text for the variable name.
`value`	TEXT	A text which must be a valid boolean value of `true` or `false`.

This function returns a BOOLEAN

To retrieve the value stored in the variable use the function getBoolean() within the same expression.
