Bug fixes
- A vertical line was displayed for gauge pie or donut charts in the Versions Release Dates chart template
- External libraries are now included in the add-on packages instead of being downloaded from third party websites
- External file selection did not work properly for Windows Server deployments
- No warning message was displayed for the xChart Gadget+ when the underlying chart was deleted or the permissions were changed
