This JQL function is used for searching for users by checking against user properties that contain date or date-time values.
Syntax

format | TEXT | The date or date-time format in which the property value is written. Any format is allowed. The date must have a format of yyyy/MM/dd [hh:mm] for 24-hr format or yyyy-MM-dd [hh:mm a] for 12-hr format where |
