Since JWT version 3.1.0 we are collecting anonymous usage statistics about Jira Workflow Toolbox and send it to Decadis AG for our internal use only. It will help us improve the product and provide you with new features.
What data is collected?
We do not collect any personal or user related data, neither we collect the explicit configuration!
E.g. we do not collect any JQLs or text or numbers you entered in e.g. a parser function.
We only collect the fact that you are using this feature and the quantity!
Moreover we do not collect any 3rd party app data!
We collect the following information:
- Your SEN used for JWT
- Which app features you use. One of:
- Workflow features
- Post functions (post function name)
- Conditions (condition name)
- Validators (validator name)
- Automation rule features
- Selectors (selector name)
- Conditions (condition name)
- Actions (action name)
- Triggers (trigger name)
- JWT parser functions used (name and quantity)
- JWT calendars (only the amount of configured calendars)
- Workflow features
