Bug fixes
- Issue count on the Projects overview page was showing incorrect values
- Issue security scheme and permission scheme overview pages produced errors when filtering by group or permission
- Custom field page produced an error when a custom field type had no name
- Creating incoming mail handlers was not possible when third party apps (e.g. In-Mail Handler PRO) were installed
