Copy highest priority from linked issues

Use case

This use case helps to get the highest priority from all non-closed blocking issues.

So if there is a blocking issue with a higher priority than the current one, the priority will be updated to that value.

The priority will only be copied if the linked issue is in status To Do, Open, or In Progress.

Add the Copy field values from linked issues or subtasks post function to the desired transition or create a new transition.
