it is possible to import and export rules in JSON format directly with copy and paste or via file download and upload in this way rules can easily be reused in other Jira instances.

Rules can be exported from the rules overview in the context menu
You can also export a rule when editing it
Importing a rule
Rules can be imported from the import icon in the rules overview or from the menu entry in the navigation bar
After hitting the export button, the json file can be downloaded or the code can be copied.
After hitting the import button you can also decide whether you want to paste code from your clipboard (Import as JSON) or upload a json file (Import from file).
