Delete one or multiple issue links.

In this documentation and the post function configuration you will notice the symbol ( * ) next to some parameters, it means that this field is mandatory and shall not be left empty. Fields without the symbol are optional.

Below you will find a detailed description of each parameter of the basic configuration of the function.

Select the source issues to create the issue links from. The following options are available:

  • Current issue
  • Issue key in field

    When chosen, select the field containing the issue keys. The field should contain either a single issue key or a list of issue keys, separated by comma or blank.

  • Set issue manually (parser expression)
Advanced filters

Optionally apply filters to define the issue links to be deleted.

Filter by link type

Filter link types to be deleted. The following options are available:

  • is blocked by (Blocks) -inward
  • blocks (Blocks) -outward
  • is cloned by (Cloners) -inward
  • clones (Cloners) -outward
  • is duplicated by (Duplicate) -inward
  • duplicates (Duplicate) -outward
  • relates to (Relates) -inward
  • relates to (Relates) -outward
Filter by issue type

Filter source issues by issue type. The following options are available:

  • Task
  • Sub-task
Filter by status

Filter source issues by status:

  • In progress
  • To do
  • Done
Filter by destination issue

Filter the destination issues to delete the issue links from. The following to options are available:

  • Issue key in field

    When chosen, select the field containing the issue keys. The Field* should contain either a single issue key or a list of issue keys, separated by comma or blank.

  • Set issue manually (parser expression)
Additional options

You the options to Restrict to project ( Only issue links within the same project will be deleted).

Conditional execution

Enter a condition (Logical / boolean condition) using the JWT expression parser - full feature list syntax.

You can even logically link and gather conditions in expressions as you like in order to map more complex conditions.

The post function will only be executed if the condition is met (returns true).

Run as

Choose which user* will be able to execute this post function. By default, it is set to the Current user.
