This condition can make sure that one or multiple fields either need to have a value or be empty in order to execute a transition.
For cascading select fields, both levels are considered and need to have / not have a value.
In this documentation and the condition configuration you will notice the symbol ( * ) next to some parameters, it means that this field is mandatory and shall not be left empty. Fields without the symbol are optional.

You can edit the condition by clicking on the edit button on the right-hand side of the Fields section.
You can delete the configured field by clicking on the delete button on the right-hand side of the Fields section.
