Which projects are shown within the bulk change popups?
The projects shown in the popups itself are depending on the global filter on the projects page itself:
Only projects selected there are being displayed in the bulk change modals. If nothing is selected, all projects are shown.
But you can also refine the project selection in the modal itself: Just update the project selection on top of the modal:
