Using Admin Toolbox it is possible to perform bulk change actions for all your users and roles across all Jira projects! These changes include
- Bulk adding a user or role to multiple projects
- Bulk removing a user or role from multiple projects
Only specific projects displayed
You can only select those projects that are also selected in the filter at the top of the popup:
However, you can refine your selection inside the bulk change popup, too.
Adding users and groups
You can easily add users and groups to specific roles by selecting them from the dropdown.
Removing users and groups
Removing users and groups from specific roles is as easy as adding them: Just use the dropdown!
Update users and roles throughout multiple projects at once
