Prevent transitioning when there is a blocking issue

Use case

Block the transition of an issue from "In progress" to "Completed" until all linked issues that block this issue are resolved.

Add the Validation of linked issues to the desired workflow transition.

Select is blocked by.

Select Resolved and Closed.

Select one of the possible options that work best for your case.

Select the following:

Prevent issue from being "Closed" if blocking issues are not closed yet.		Validation of linked issues
