Use case

Let us suppose you have validation in a transaction based on a project property and you want to use the value of this property in the validation message.

Configuration

Add the Logical validator to the desired workflow transition.

Expression*

Add the following expression:

{"Insert the code for a certain Date Picker or Date-Time Picker custom field"} >= stringToDate(projectProperty("finifacturacion"), LOCAL)

The numeric value for the Date Picker or Date-Time Picker custom field depends on each Jira instance.
