Schedule issue for re-submission

Field Changed Event

Create a new rule and name it appropriately.

Providing a description will help you to identify what the rule does but this step is optional.

Add a trigger and choose Scheduled and choose who you want to execute this rule in Run as*

Issue Selector

Add Selector → Issue Selector → Sub-tasks

No further configuration needed. The automation rule is triggered every time an issue is being transitioned.

Update Field

Next to Issue selector click on Add → Action → Update Field

Set Update to* to Value returned by parsed expression

Parser Expression*

Make sure the Parsing mode is set to Advanced

Activate the rule by clicking on the Activate rule button →
